What is hwplug?
hwplug is an automated homework completion service for UK students. We use advanced automation technology to complete assignments on popular educational platforms including Sparx Maths, Sparx Reader, Seneca Learning, and Educate (PiXL). Our service helps students manage their workload and save time.
How does hwplug work?
After you purchase a service, you provide your school login credentials. Our automation system securely logs into your account, navigates to your homework assignments, and completes them automatically. The process typically takes a few hours depending on the assignment complexity. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.
Is this service legal?
Yes, our service is legal in the UK. However, using automated homework completion may violate your school's academic integrity policies. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your school's rules. We recommend using our service as a study aid and reviewing completed work to learn from it.
🔒 Safety & Security
Is my information safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption for all data transmission. Your login credentials are only stored temporarily during homework completion and are deleted immediately after. We never share your information with third parties. All payments are processed through Stripe's secure payment gateway, and we never see or store your card details.
Will my school know I used this service?
Our automation mimics natural student behavior, including realistic typing speeds and answer times. However, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity. Educational platforms may have detection systems, and your school may have policies against using such services. Use responsibly and at your own discretion.
What happens to my password after you're done?
Your password is deleted from our systems immediately after homework completion. We do not store credentials in any database or log file. For added security, you can change your password after we complete your homework.

How long does it take to complete my homework?
Completion times vary by platform: Sparx Reader (1-3 hours), Sparx Maths (2-6 hours), Seneca (2-5 hours), and Educate (3-6 hours). Most assignments are completed within 24 hours. Complex or lengthy assignments may take longer. We guarantee completion within 48 hours or you receive a full refund.
What is the slot system?
Each product has 3 regular slots per day at £2 each. When these fill up, 5 extra slots become available at £3 each. This system prevents overload and ensures quality service. All slots reset daily at midnight UK time. You can check real-time availability on our homepage.
What if all slots are full?
You have two options: (1) Purchase an extra slot at £3 if available, or (2) Wait until midnight UK time when slots reset to standard £2 pricing. Extra slots are limited to 5 per product, so they can also sell out during busy periods.
Can I buy multiple services at once?
Yes! You can purchase services for different platforms in separate transactions. Each platform is handled independently. However, you cannot buy multiple slots for the same platform simultaneously - each order is processed one at a time.

Do you support Google login?
Yes! We fully support Google Workspace for Education logins, which most UK schools use. During checkout, select "Google" as your login method and provide your Google email and password. We also support manual username/password login for schools that don't use Google.
Which schools are supported?
We support over 200 UK schools. During checkout, start typing your school name and select it from the dropdown list. If your school isn't listed, contact us on Snapchat and we can add it. Most UK secondary schools using Sparx, Seneca, or Educate are supported.
Does hwplug work for Sparx Science?
Sparx Science support is currently in development and will be available soon. We're testing our automation to ensure high accuracy before launch. Follow us on Snapchat (@homework5003) for updates on when Sparx Science becomes available.
What subjects does Seneca support cover?
Our Seneca automation works across all subjects including Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), English, Maths, History, Geography, and more. Simply select "Seneca" as your product, and our system will complete whatever homework is assigned in your account, regardless of subject.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency at this time.
Why do you use Stripe?
Stripe is one of the world's most trusted payment processors, used by millions of businesses globally. It provides bank-level security, fraud protection, and ensures your card details are never exposed to us. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all sensitive payment data.
Will the charge appear on my bank statement?
Yes. The charge will appear as "hwplug" or "Stripe" on your bank statement. The amount will match your purchase (£2 for regular slots, £3 for extra slots). If you have concerns about privacy, consider using a prepaid card or discussing with your parents.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled case-by-case. You may be eligible if our service fails due to technical issues on our end, or if homework isn't completed within 48 hours. Refunds are NOT given for incorrect credentials you provided, change of mind after work begins, or normal completion times. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I contact customer support?
The fastest way to reach us is via Snapchat at @homework5003. We typically respond within a few hours during business hours (9am-9pm UK time). For urgent issues during homework completion, we aim to respond within 2-4 hours. Simply send us a snap with your question or concern.
What if something goes wrong during homework completion?
Contact us immediately on Snapchat. Common issues include incorrect credentials (we'll ask you to verify), account locked by school (we'll pause and notify you), or platform downtime (we'll wait and retry). We monitor all active jobs and will proactively contact you if issues arise.
Can I track my homework progress?
Currently, we don't have real-time progress tracking. Once your homework is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation. If you need an update before completion, contact us on Snapchat with your order ID and we'll check the status for you.
What if I provided wrong information?
Contact us immediately on Snapchat if you realize you provided incorrect credentials or school name. If we haven't started work yet, we can update your information. If work has already begun with wrong credentials, we'll stop and discuss options (may require a new purchase with correct details).

Do I need to create an account?
No account creation is required for one-time purchases. However, if you log in during checkout, your credentials are saved for faster future purchases. You can also save your school and login preferences for convenience. Saved information is stored locally in your browser.
Can I use hwplug multiple times?
Absolutely! Many students use our service weekly or whenever they have homework due. Each purchase is independent - simply return to our homepage, check slot availability, and place a new order. If you're a returning customer with saved login details, checkout is even faster.
What if I get banned?
Users may be banned for violating our Terms of Service, including fraud, chargebacks without contacting us first, or abusive behavior. If you believe your ban was a mistake, contact us on Snapchat to appeal. We review all appeals within 24-48 hours and will reinstate accounts if the ban was issued in error.

What if the educational platform is down?
If Sparx, Seneca, or Educate experiences downtime, we'll automatically retry when the platform comes back online. Your homework will still be completed within our 48-hour guarantee. If platform issues prevent completion entirely, you'll receive a full refund.
Does hwplug work on mobile?
Yes! Our website is fully mobile-responsive. You can browse, purchase, and manage orders from any device - phone, tablet, or computer. The automation itself runs on our servers, so your device doesn't need to stay on or connected.
What browsers do you support?
Our website works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser. Our automation runs server-side, so your browser choice doesn't affect homework completion.
Why is my school not in the dropdown?
We're constantly adding new schools to our database. If your school isn't listed, contact us on Snapchat (@homework5003) with your school name, and we'll add it within 24 hours. In the meantime, you can type your school name manually - our system will still work.

Why do prices increase when slots are full?
Regular slots (£2) are our standard offering with limited daily capacity (3 per product). Extra slots (£3) have higher operational costs because they require additional server resources and may involve longer processing times. This tiered pricing ensures service quality and availability for all customers.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. £2 for regular slots, £3 for extra slots. No subscription fees, no setup charges, no hidden costs. Payment processing is handled by Stripe with no additional fees passed to you.
Do you offer discounts or bulk pricing?
Currently, we don't offer bulk discounts as each homework assignment requires individual processing. However, we occasionally run promotions and giveaways - follow us on Snapchat (@homework5003) to stay updated. We also host monthly giveaways for free homework completion.

What happens after I place an order?
(1) You complete payment through Stripe. (2) You receive a confirmation email with order details. (3) Our automation system queues your homework. (4) The system logs into your account and begins work. (5) Homework is completed and you're notified via email. (6) Your credentials are deleted from our system.
Can I cancel my order?
If you contact us immediately after ordering (within 5-10 minutes) and work hasn't started, we may be able to cancel and refund. Once automation begins, cancellation isn't possible as the work is already in progress. Contact us on Snapchat as quickly as possible if you need to cancel.
What if my homework has a deadline?
Most homework is completed within 24 hours, but we guarantee completion within 48 hours. If you have a tight deadline (less than 48 hours), contact us on Snapchat BEFORE ordering to confirm we can meet it. We'll prioritize urgent orders when possible.
Can you do my homework right now?
Our automation processes orders in queue order. While we can't guarantee immediate start, most orders begin within 1-4 hours of purchase. If you need urgent service, contact us on Snapchat and we'll do our best to prioritize your order if capacity allows.

Can you do Sparx Maths compulsory tasks?

Does Sparx Reader work for all reading levels?
Yes. Our AI-powered reading comprehension system handles all Sparx Reader levels. Whether you're assigned Foundation, Core, or Higher level passages, our natural language processing technology accurately answers questions about vocabulary, inference, and text analysis.
Which Seneca subjects do you support?
All of them! Our Seneca automation works across every subject available on the platform: Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), English Language & Literature, Maths, History, Geography, Business, Computer Science, and more. Just select "Seneca" and we'll complete whatever homework is assigned.
What is Educate/PiXL?
Educate (formerly known as PiXL) is a science learning platform used by many UK schools. It covers Biology, Chemistry, and Physics with interactive lessons, videos, and assessments. Our automation completes all assigned Educate homework across all three sciences.
