3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

- Platform Changes: The educational platform changes its system in a way that temporarily affects our automation
- Normal Completion Time: Homework takes the typical estimated time (not a valid reason for refund)
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

7. Slot Reservation Cancellations
If you reserve a slot but don't complete payment:

8. Extra Slot Refunds
Extra slots (£3) follow the same refund policy as regular slots (£2). The higher price does not affect refund eligibility or process.
