Our service uses automation technology to log into your account and complete assigned homework. Services are provided on a per-assignment basis at the prices listed on our website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, we recommend obtaining parental or guardian consent before using hwplug. By using our service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

4. Account Credentials and Security

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete login credentials for your educational platform accounts
• Ensure you have the right to use the credentials you provide
• Accept responsibility for any consequences resulting from our access to your account
• Understand that we access your account solely to complete homework assignments

We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect credentials, account restrictions, or platform changes that prevent homework completion.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing: Services are priced as displayed on our website (typically £2 per assignment for regular slots, £3 for extra slots).

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

No Refunds (General Rule): Due to the nature of our service (immediate homework completion), we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun.

Refund Exceptions: We may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure on our end prevents homework completion
• Service not delivered within 48 hours without prior communication
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via Snapchat (@homework5003).

6. Service Availability and Limitations

Slot System: Our service operates on a daily slot system. Regular slots (3 per product) cost £2, and extra slots (5 per product) cost £3. Slots reset daily at midnight UK time.

Completion Time: Most homework is completed within 24 hours. Complex assignments may take longer. We will communicate any delays.

Service Interruptions: We reserve the right to temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Platform Changes: Educational platforms may update their systems, which could affect our automation. We work to adapt quickly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use our service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Provide false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Use our service to harm, harass, or impersonate others
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Abuse our customer support or make excessive refund requests
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions

8. Account Bans and Restrictions

We reserve the right to ban or restrict users who:

• Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Abuse our service or customer support
• Provide false information repeatedly

Banned users may appeal via Snapchat (@homework5003). We will review appeals within 24-48 hours.

• That your school will not detect use of automated services
• That our service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That our service will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

• Academic consequences resulting from use of our service
• Account suspensions or bans by educational platforms
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or opportunities

Our total liability for any claim related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hwplug, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
